Interview candidates called for interviews should follow these instructions carefully:

1. Attend the interview on the date, time, and venue stated in the notice for your specific cadre.
2. Arrive wearing a face mask.
3. Bring a valid identification document for verification.
4. Bring original certificates starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, degree, and any other qualification required for the post.
5. Testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, and Form IV or Form VI result slips are not accepted and will disqualify the candidate from continuing with the interview.
6. For professions regulated by professional boards, bring original registration certificates and valid practice licenses.
7. Each candidate must cover their own food, transport, and accommodation and must dress neatly and respectfully in line with the dress code circular.
8. Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. Positions requiring GPA must include GPA equivalency from TCU.
9. Candidates whose names do not appear in the notice should log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to review the reason they were not shortlisted.
10. All shortlisted candidates must log in to their accounts and copy their interview number. Candidates taking online screening interviews must remember the email address and password used in Ajira Portal.
11. Candidates whose names differ across documents must submit a registered Deed Poll issued through the Ministry of Lands.
